• We service and repair almost all issues with your StorageTek SL500 tape library and StorageTek SL500 tape drives.
• Simply ship your STK SL500 tape library, power supply, SL500 tape drive, picker assembly, or other parts into ISC Group.
• All work is done at our San Diego, CA facility.
• Most depot repairs are returned within five business days of receipt.
• All completed repairs are tested in our Lab to ensure their proper functioning.
• We provide an estimate for repair after evaluation.

Onsite Repair

We can also provide onsite repairs and services for your SL500 Tape Library and drives.

• ISC Group can dispatch a field engineer quickly to minimize the downtime of your STK SL500 Library.
• On-site maintenance is available 24/7.
• We offer a wide range of STK SL500 support and services for a set hourly rate, even without a service contract.

Technical Support

ISC Group provides Technical Telephone Support for the StorageTek SL500 Tape Library.

• We can provide accurate and intelligent support to your IT staff, guiding them through troubleshooting and repairs for the STK SL500 Tape Library and SL500 Tape Drives.

Advanced Exchange

If phone technical support isn't sufficient, our advanced exchange can quickly resolve issues with your StorageTek SL500.

• We can ship a replacement unit overnight to your location and then service and repair your faulty SL500 equipment at our center.

Maintenance Contracts

We provide flexible data storage hardware maintenance contracts and service agreements tailored to your unique IT needs. Once the manufacturer’s warranty expires for your StorageTek SL500 tape libraries or tape drives, post-warranty maintenance agreements are the most economical solution.

StorageTek SL500 CONTRACT OPTIONS

• Shared support agreements: Suitable if you have local field engineers or technical personnel and need scheduled and remedial maintenance, replacement parts, and technical phone support.

The StorageTek SL500 Tape Library System helps you accelerate consolidation and support applications such as e-mail, databases, and file servers. The STK SL500 scales from 30 to 575 LTO slots with a maximum capacity of more than 862 TB of uncompressed data.
