The STK SL3000 has an open design, which allows for the use of a variety of media. It scales from 200 to over 3,000 slots and supports mixed operating environments, including mainframe and open systems.

1. Depot Repair Services

• We service and repair virtually all issues with your StorageTek SL3000 tape library and drives at our San Diego, CA facility.
• Most depot repairs are returned within five business days of receipt.
• All completed repairs are tested in our lab to ensure their proper functioning.
• We will evaluate your equipment, determine the issue and provide an estimate for repair.

2. Onsite Repair Services

• We provide field engineers for onsite repairs and service of your SL3000 Tape Library and drives, available 24/7.
• Our field service engineers provide a wide range of STK SL3000 support and services for a set hourly rate, even if you do not have a current service contract.
